GROUP INVESTMENT
This investment model works like a cooperative, in which a small group of friends and family members create a real estate company to invest in property. The properties are owned by the company and the income and expenses are shared by the group. This allows each member to own a percentage of the properties and create their investment portfolio.
BEEHIVE INVESTMENT CLUB
The Business For Life Private Investors Club- This is a group made up of VIP clients and its purpose is the acquisition, remodeling, rental and resale of properties. We focus on specific projects in which Saul Serna and his company Business For Life are main members of this investment club. Participation is by invitation only.
